Everywhere I look, someone is reading this book. I wanted to know why it was a book everyone was reading. What made this book particularly appealing is the way the author convinces readers that vampires are a normal part of our world. Like other outcasts in a typical high school, the vampires sit at their own table at lunch. The relationship between Bella and Edward is unique and engaging.I moved around a lot when I was growing up, so I could empathize with Bella as the new kid in town. I like fantasy, but I don't normally read books about vampires. However I really liked this book. I would highly recommend Twilight. I'll probably re-readall three books in the trilogy again someday (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse). If you like Twilight, I'd recommend the Uglies Trilogy by Scott Westerfeld.
Have you read "Twilight" by Stephenie Meyer?
